After identifying a particular lending opportunity, we perform financial, operational, credit and legal due diligence of the borrower and its principals, and evaluate the strength of the collateral to assess the risks of the investment.

Our loan application process requires:
- Credit report and background search
- Purchase contract or HUD
- Proof of funds
- Personal financial statement of the guarantor
- Borrower or builder resume
- Schedule of REO owned/bought & sold
- Income & Expense on all income-producing properties
- Third-party appraisal with “as is” and “finished” market values
- Approved plans if the property is a construction project
